A Massachusetts couple have been charged after allegedly beating and raping a woman in front of two children at a hotel in New York.
Dustin Wilson, 27, and Tasheana Flannery, 30, were arrested earlier this week on charges including rape, criminal sex acts, aggravated sexual abuse, assault, criminal possession of a weapon, unlawful imprisonment, and endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.
Police were called to a Red Roof Inn on Thompson Road in the town of DeWitt on the morning of Aug. 23. Responding officers spoke with a woman who said she met the couple at the hotel and that during the encounter, she was held against her will, beaten, raped, and forced to perform sexual acts on the two in the presence of two children.
The victim was somehow able to escape and ran to the front desk for help. She reported the incident to the front desk clerk, who called 911.
Wilson and Flannery were found in the hotel room where the alleged incident occurred and were taken into custody.
The two children were taken to the McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Center. They were later placed in the custody of the Onondaga County Child Protective Services.
According to Mass Life, the two children are Flannery’s.
Wilson is being held without bail and Flannery is being held on $25,000 cash/$50,000 bond.
Both suspects are due to appear in court on Aug. 29.
The investigation is ongoing.

“Help me,” the woman yelled the receptionist said. “I have been kidnapped.”
The woman asked the receptionist to hide her and call 911, according to the receptionist’s affidavit. The woman hid the crying woman in a nearby closet as she spoke to Onondaga County 911 Center dispatchers.
Wilson and Flannery repeatedly raped the woman and occasionally used “sex devices” to abuse and hurt her, police said in court documents. Both Wilson and Flannery forced the woman to perform oral sex on them, police said.
The abuse occurred while Flannery’s children were in the two-bed hotel room, police said in the court papers. The children were aware of the situation, police said.
